All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of apparel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Preference for a different colour/style
- Minor variations in fabric colour due to screen/display differences

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@elvara.co.uk. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
Custom and Clearance Items
All custom-made or discounted/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for replacement or credit under any circumstance.
